The organization's efforts in this direction must be the permanent goal of the organization, not just to receive the document. Improvement works are not only in terms of the characteristics of the goods or services produced, but also for all processes used to produce and distribute the goods and services.
  7. Realistic approach to decision-making: An organization must use and analyze all data obtained from activities in order to make correct and effective decisions.
