In order for the products produced in a country outside the European Union to enter the European Union markets, it is very important that the products have CE marking. The CE mark is, in a sense, like the passport of the product it carries. CE mark or CE document it is not possible for non-European products to enter.
There are many benefits of CE marking or CE Certificate. A few of these can be briefly explained as follows:
• CE marking The products carrying the product have free circulation and marketing opportunities in European Union countries.
• Industrialists must place CE marking on their products in order to market their products both inside and outside the country.

While the harmonization process of our country with the European Union was continuing, in 2001, the Law on the Preparation and Implementation of Technical Legislation on Products was enacted. • Implementing Regulation on the Attachment and Use of the CE Conformity Mark to the Product
• Regulation on Market Surveillance and Inspection of Products
