Not to produce products that harm human health and protect the environment while producing is now the top priority of all manufacturing plants and enterprises. This is particularly dangerous in the production of electrical and electronic equipment, where heavy elements are used. Because in everyday life, televisions, radios, small hand tools, bulbs, lighting tools, toys, entertainment and sports equipment, vending machines, information technology and telecommunications equipment, printed circuit board coatings, batteries, batteries, NiCd batteries, switches, sensors, relays , electroplated coatings, various chrome platings and many more electrical and electronic tools at any moment. The construction of these vehicles uses six basic elements that are dangerous to human health and environmental conditions. These elements are: lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), plus 6 valued Chromium (Cr6 +), polybromide biphenyl (PBB) and polybromide biphenyl ether (PBDE).

Aware of this vital danger, the Council of Europe issued the RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) in 2003, which restricts the use of certain harmful substances. The restriction of the abovementioned substances was first introduced by this RoHS directive.

In particular, such electrical and electronic devices have heating properties when used. These heavy metals interact with this heating and cause toxic substances to enter the air. RoHS directive With the aim of taking control of the manufacturer companies.

Soon in our country, 2008 year, prepared on the basis of the RoHS directive EEE Regulation (Regulation on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment). In order to protect the environment and human health, this regulation restricts the use of certain harmful substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

In order to apply for a RoHS certificate, a technical dossier is required. Producer companies are obliged to have their electrical and electronic products tested and analyzed in an accredited laboratory. The final product or spacer products are sent to the laboratories as an example and requested to be inspected. If necessary products are not found in the product after the necessary tests or if the usage is within the specified limits, the manufacturer RoHS Certificate to gain pleasure. The results of the studies to be performed in the laboratories are put into the technical file and an application is made to a certification institution. RoHS Certificate cannot be requested without technical file.

Certification bodies initiate studies on the prepared technical dossier and evaluate the compliance of RoHS directive (ie EEE Regulation) of the test and analysis results arranged in laboratories. If the company is convinced that it deserves to receive a certificate, a RoHS Certificate is issued.
