Service-dependent conditions can arise from several different points. For example,

  • Some conditions may be specified by the customer
  • Some conditions may be determined directly by the company
  • Legal requirements and requirements for manufactured goods and services may have brought some conditions

The company must determine in advance and under what conditions the produced goods or services will be delivered to the customer in advance by agreement with the customer. Depending on the characteristics of the product, it can be decided in advance with which means of transport and with which shipping company the product will be delivered, how long it will be delivered, and even the features of the transport vehicle. Because it may be necessary to use an air-conditioned vehicle according to product specifications. All these conditions include post-delivery and post-delivery operations and are predominantly customer-defined conditions. Post-delivery operations are usually related to the service of the company to the customer for maintenance and repair. The conditions of this must also be predetermined.

A number of requirements are requirements that must already be met by the company, even if it is not mentioned by the customer. These are the conditions directly linked to the service defined by the company. For example, a device produced may require special installation work. In delivering such a product, the company must install and deliver the device. Even if the customer does not want it, the company must do so because of the property of the product.

When producing goods, the company must comply with the standards, legal regulations and requirements set by the national or international organizations.

Apart from these numbers, the company may have set itself a number of criteria to improve the quality of the goods or services it produces. These specifications and conditions must be included in the product specifications or in the contract with the customer.
