  • Purchasing process

Purchasing units within the organizational structures of the enterprises are a part of strategic importance. These divisions are established to plan the different inputs of the enterprises, to obtain them at the lowest costs, to increase the profitability and efficiency of the enterprise, thus to increase the competitiveness of the company and to ensure its existence in the market. The basic functions of the purchasing units are to provide the goods and services required for the continuation of the activities and services of the enterprise in the desired quality, at the lowest costs, in the right amount and at the right time. Therefore, objective preferences are prioritized in purchasing activities, not subjective. Purchasing procedure in enterprises is prepared in order to define how these basic functions are performed and to determine the powers and responsibilities in this regard.

  • Purchase information

The company shall have determined the features related to the product or service to be purchased, depending on itself, the legal regulations and the conditions of the product or service, and communicate these to the suppliers with the same clarity. In return, the supplier must confirm whether they can meet these specifications. The information regarding the procurement process shall identify any input, product or subcontracting to be used in processes that affect the quality of the product and service requested by customers and ISO 9001. It must be prepared to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System. The definition of the goods and services subject to the purchase is made directly by the production authority of the entity and is controlled by this person after the purchase.

  • Verification of purchased service

The procurement procedure to be prepared should have defined how the transactions should be performed in order to verify whether the actual purchases meet the specified conditions and to confirm the acceptance of the products or services purchased. Briefly, the verification of purchased products or services is the inspection and testing and other activities performed to ensure that the purchased product or service meets the predetermined purchasing conditions.
