A design and development project, all the documentation prepared by the company within the framework of quality studies should be taken into consideration while determining the conditions in the project. At this point, especially requests, suggestions and complaints from customers are reviewed in terms of product adequacy. If there are ambiguous, incomplete or controversial issues, these problems must be solved first. By evaluating the project inputs, what is expected from the planned design and development project is revealed.
The project design and development form should clearly explain the outputs of the project. The design and development outputs should be identified and documented by the project leader to be valid and verifiable according to the input conditions. Briefly, the outputs obtained at the end of the studies should meet the design inputs, suggestions, requests and demands and include the acceptance conditions.
In this context, the outputs of design and development activities may be one or more of the following:
- Physical properties of the product
- Material data used in production
- Packing conditions of products
- Raw material and material resources used in production
- Product graphic studies
- Safety and environmental factors for handling and handling products
The project leader is responsible for defining the quality acceptance criteria for design and development outputs and recording them on the project design and development form. The evaluation of the outputs is done using these quality acceptance criteria. Thanks to the quality acceptance criteria, maximum benefit from design and development works, outputs do not contradict the legal regulations, thus do not create legal problems and, above all, comply with the company's quality policies.
