While preparing this book, it is aimed to define the activities that the company plans to do in this context, besides the quality understanding and importance of the company. The Quality Manual determines the scope of the Quality Management System, determines the responsibilities and guides the establishment and maintenance of the system. Under the general conditions, the processes that make up the system, the relations between the units, the ways in which the units interact with each other and the degrees are explained. Within the scope of the documentation conditions, the Organization Manual, work processes, procedures, implementation instructions, quality plans and work flow diagrams, forms and records used to ensure effective execution and control of processes are explained.   • The fifth chapter includes management responsibility. In this section, the management's commitment and quality policy are explained, Quality Management System is planned, quality targets are determined, responsibility, authority and communication methods are determined, management representative and management review principles are explained.
  • The sixth chapter describes the sources. What is the source and how it will be provided in this section. In this section, human resources, infrastructure and working environment are explained.
  • The seventh chapter carries the title of product realization. In this section, planning of product realization, processes related to the customer, identification and revision of product-related conditions, communication with the customer, design and development of products, procurement activities, production and service provision, and principles for controlling the monitoring and measurement tools are explained.
  • Section 8 provides the provision of products or services, control of monitoring and measurement devices, control of improper service, data analysis, continuous improvement, corrective actions and preventive actions.
