In order to ensure that the company does not lag behind in the competitive environment, does not suffer loss of image, increases customer satisfaction and increases the productivity and profitability of the company, companies have to focus on research and development. Employees in this unit use their strong engineering skills to meet customer needs in product design and development. They carry out product design and development activities in accordance with customer expectations by using computer-aided programs and simulation techniques.

Duties

  • To fulfill the tasks given by the Technical Section Manager
  • Directing and managing design and development activities
  • Evaluating the demands of customers in line with new design and development needs
  • To prepare production files as a result of the design and development activities
  • Striving to control, verify and validate designs

Authority and responsibilities

  • Working under the authority and responsibilities of the Technical Section Manager
  • Obtain the authority and responsibilities of the Technical Section Manager when required

Qualifications required by the task

  • To have at least ten years of knowledge and experience in the current position
  • Graduating from engineering or design departments of at least four-year universities
  • To have management features
  • Leading feature to carry
  • Easy communication with employees
  • To be able to express verbally and verbally
  • To be able to work carefully and meticulously under stress and to make the right decision
