Goal

What is important in enterprises that produce goods is the labor and work done. So an experienced foreman who really does his job might be earning more than a new engineer. At the beginning of the workers and unqualified employees, there is a foreman who takes care of them, ensures the safety of the working environment, ensures the good operation of the machines, makes the distribution of work and controls the efficiency and quality of the production. A foreman is also a person who maintains discipline in the workplace and, where appropriate, actually works with the workers.

Duties

• To ensure that the machines work well
• To determine the details of the work and make the work distribution
• To make necessary explanations and suggestions to the workers about the details of the work to be done
• To control the efficiency and quality of production
• To ensure business discipline and security
• To perform the tasks given by the administrator
• Using the machines in the production department
• To participate in the work of the workers when necessary
• To regulate the maintenance and repair of machinery and vehicles used in production
• Standing by the workers during maintenance and repairs and supervising the elimination of faults
• To examine the quality and quantity of machine parts, spare parts and material demands from workers for activities
• If it deems appropriate, forward the purchase order to the top manager
• To make the first control, intermediate control and final control of production depending on production stages

Qualifications required by the task
