ISO 9001 Internal Auditor List

Internal audit studies are carried out within the scope of ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard and ensure the necessary measures to be taken to measure the effectiveness of the system within the enterprise and to take necessary measures. The aim of these studies is to ensure that all employees in the enterprise try to eliminate the weaknesses and failures of the system together.

Internal audit activityserves to objectively identify existing problems and to foresee future problems and to take necessary measures. The frequency of internal audit studies is determined entirely by the criticality of the activities in the enterprise in terms of product quality and the frequency and results of previous problems. However, even if there is no problem in the enterprise, the internal audit activities should be carried out at least once a year.

ISO 9001: 2015 The Internal Auditor List contains information about which units will be carried out in order to determine how well the system is managed in accordance with quality standards and system requirements, who is responsible for these units, who will be responsible for these units, and how often internal audits will be carried out.

The information fields on the Internal Auditor List are as follows:

• Document number (number of Internal Auditor List)
• Release date (the date when the Internal Auditor List was first published)
• Revision no (the number of times the Internal Auditor List was revised)
• Revision date (date when the Internal Auditor List was last revised)
• Page number (number of pages of Internal Auditor List)
• Unit name (Name of the unit to be studied)
• Unit Responsible (Unit Responsible for Internal Audit)
• Auditing team (persons in charge of the internal auditing team)
• Internal audit frequency (How often the internal audit will be conducted)
• Prepared (Name and surname of the person who prepared the Internal Auditor List)
• Checker (Name, surname and title of the person who checked the Internal Auditor List)
• Approval (Name, surname and title of the person who approved the Internal Auditor List)
