ISO 9001 Training Plan

Trainings for employees in an enterprise are both beneficial for their professional development and useful for creating value for the company they serve. Today's social, economic and technological changes are very rapid. Companies and employees have to keep up with this change and development. The way to keep up with the requirements of the age and to get ahead in competition is through education. In this way, companies can meet the conditions required by the age, attain a healthy organizational structure and ensure their continuity.

From this perspective ISO 9001. Training Planis designed to support the training needs of the employees through internal and external training programs and to determine which training is needed, where and how these training will be provided and when.

Below is an example of a training plan. In general, all companies are implementing a training plan similar to this plan.

The areas of information on the training plan are as follows:

• Document number (Number of Training Plan)
• Date of publication (date when the Training Plan was first published)
• Revision no (the number of times the Training Plan was revised)
• Revision date (the last revision of the Training Plan)
• Page number (number of pages of the Training Plan)
• Subject (Subject of the training to be given)
• History (History of the training to be given)
• Duration (Duration of training)
• Personnel to be trained (Which personnel will participate in the training)
• Number (how many people will participate in the training)
• Educator (by whom the training will be given)
• Description (Additional information about the training to be provided)
• Prepared (Name, surname and title of the person who prepared the Training Plan)
• Control (Name, surname and title of the person who controls the Training Plan)
• Approvers (Name, surname and title of the person who approved the Training Plan)
