• Personnel (Which personnel will participate in the training)
• Description (Additional information about the training to be provided)
• Prepared (Name, surname and title of the person who prepared the Annual Training Plan)
• Checker (Name, surname and title of the person who checks the Annual Training Plan)
• Approved (Name, surname and title of the person who approved the Annual Training Plan)
