Achieving quality depends on the quality of the enterprises as a whole, developing quality policies and practices in line with the business objectives and turning them into written documents. Document Preparation The purpose of the Procedure is to determine the principles of preparation, approval, publication, use, updating and distribution of all documents that must be written in the scope of the Quality Management System and those responsible for these works.

Quality Handbook is one of the leading documents to be prepared. This document regulates the quality policy, objectives, organizational structure and the powers and responsibilities of the employees.

The second group of documents are procedures. These documents describe the business processes and explain the principles in which the activities will be carried out.

Business processes are implementation instructions that explain who is going to do an activity, how to approve it, and what control points are. Business processes also include work flow charts. Workflow diagrams show the steps for performing an activity.

A group documents forms. Forms are documents that are arranged in a systematic way to record information about activities in procedures, work processes or application instructions.

Apart from these, there are lists, tables, plans and many other documents prepared within the scope of Quality Management System.

All documentation must be completed during system installation. However, over time, new needs may require the use of new documents. Or changes may be made to existing documents or some documents may need to be removed due to change of organization or due to legal regulations or to make an activity more efficient.

The quality management representative in charge of the enterprise is responsible for making all these arrangements.

Everyone working in the enterprise must constantly monitor whether the documents they use are suitable for the activities. Documents may need to be revised due to changes and developments in activities over time. The revisions made are followed in the revision follow-up table.
