In Japanese, Kai means change, and zen means good better. The word Kazien is formed by the combination of these two expressions. Kaizen it means continuous improvement involving everyone in a business. However, Kazien also expresses a way of life and a philosophy: Everyday should be better than the previous day. Likewise, suggestions and complaints received from customers are evaluated by the employees, and situations deemed inappropriate are passed on to the senior management together with the solution suggestions.

The recommendations approved by the senior management are included in the Continuous Improvement Plan at the meetings held at specified periods and by whom, how and how long these improvements will be realized.

Continuous Improvement Planis followed by quality group members in the enterprise and the results are announced at the end of each month.

The issues that are continuously improved are evaluated later and they are tried to be at the lowest level.
