The only condition to sustain this is to produce quality and qualified products.
Quality is the ability of the person who buys a product or service to meet their needs and expectations at the most economical level and to satisfy their desires. Long ago, when we said quality, the most beautiful, best, largest and similar adjectives were used. In the technical sense, concepts such as keeping the product within certain tolerance limits and conforming to certain specifications were used. However, even though these definitions are correct for that time, they remain incomplete today. Today, quality has started to be used in terms of the quality of management besides its classical meaning. Quality cannot be achieved without the participation of senior management.
In this context, measurement and control methods for monitoring the quality management system performance of an enterprise should be defined. ISO 9001 Product Monitoring and Measurement Procedure is prepared to explain such measurement and control activities of the enterprise.
To be prepared Monitoring and Measurement Planis the responsibility of the quality management representative. In this plan, all monitoring and measurement activities to be carried out, who will do these activities, where, how often, what legal regulations are in this field and within which boundary values, in which business processes these activities take place and what is the first works in an emergency will take place.
Where necessary, changes in the scope of the monitoring and measurement plan are made by the quality management representative.
Measurement and controlsIf this can be done in-house, this way is used. However, in some cases, measurement and control can also be made by authorized external organizations. Records are kept for the results of internal measurements and controls. A report is received on the measurements and controls made by external organizations. All of these records are kept within the enterprise.
