Just as in the maintenance of machinery and equipment, the tools and equipment of the enterprise must be used correctly. In this context, businesses should first make an inventory of their existing tools and equipment. The files to be opened separately for each vehicle should include information on how this vehicle was taken into operation, when it was taken, how long the vehicle was used in the operation, the regular maintenance dates of the vehicle to date, the malfunctions it has made so far, and how such faults have been removed.

Vehicles must not be used for any purpose other than their intended use. In addition, vehicles must not be allowed to be used by persons who do not have the driving license and skills. When a new vehicle is put into operation, a maintenance card must be prepared for that vehicle. Periodic maintenance or malfunctions must be recorded on this card. Vehicle maintenance cards must be on each vehicle.
In case of malfunctions of the tools, the manufacturer is informed and requested to rectify the malfunction. The operations are recorded on the vehicle maintenance card.
The vehicle owner is responsible for the proper maintenance and maintenance of the vehicle maintenance card.
